Patient cancellations
A patient may cancel their own upcoming appointment from the patient dashboard before it is marked completed. A completed consultation cannot be cancelled. You may also contact the clinic for help with cancellation or rescheduling.
Clinic cancellations
The clinic may cancel or reschedule an appointment because of doctor unavailability, an emergency, operational disruption or another unavoidable reason. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the patient using the details supplied during registration.
Effect on payment
When an eligible appointment with a confirmed online payment is cancelled, the website requests a refund through the payment gateway. Appointments marked Pay at Counter, Pending or Failed do not create an online refund. See the Refund Policy for processing details.
Missed appointments and delays
Please arrive before the scheduled time. If you expect to be late or cannot attend, contact the clinic as early as possible. Doctor availability and consultation start times may change because of clinical emergencies.
