Terms and Conditions

The rules governing use of the BHCC website, accounts, appointments, payments and clinical documents.

Effective 25 August 2026 · Last updated 25 August 2026

Healthcare and emergencies

This website supports clinic information, appointment administration, payment and patient communication. It is not an emergency service and does not replace an in-person medical assessment. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or nearest hospital.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, use only accounts you are authorized to access and keep passwords and OTPs confidential. Notify BHCC promptly of suspected unauthorized activity. We may suspend access to protect patients, staff or systems.

Appointments

An appointment is subject to doctor and clinic availability. Scheduled times may change because of clinical emergencies or operational circumstances. Patients must provide accurate booking information and attend at the confirmed clinic location.

Pricing and payment

Consultation fees and any gateway charge are shown before payment. Online payments are processed by Razorpay. A payment is treated as successful only after server-side verification. Do not refresh, repeat or abandon checkout if the status is uncertain; first check the patient dashboard or contact the clinic.

Cancellation, refunds and delivery

The Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy and Service Delivery Policy form part of these terms. No physical products are currently shipped.

Clinical information and prescriptions

Website content is general information and is not a diagnosis. E-prescriptions are valid only when finalized by the assigned registered doctor and must not be altered or shared with unauthorized persons. Treatment decisions remain subject to professional clinical judgment.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another person, submit false information, scrape clinical information, test vulnerabilities without authorization, disrupt the service or attempt access beyond your assigned role.

Availability and liability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available and accurate, but maintenance, connectivity, third-party gateways and circumstances outside BHCC control may interrupt service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing requirements

These terms are intended to operate under applicable Indian law. Healthcare, consumer and privacy obligations may depend on the service actually provided. Qualified counsel should review these terms before production use with real patients.
